when i player InvestScape, players couldnt talk back to us mods..
i was forced banning my friend Realm when he talked back to me... and we were only having fun..
the owner was using a fake noob account to spy on us staff..
next week later i quit..

And Ahrim, you cannot mute anyone without proof. You need complete PROOF of what someone has done wrong before ANY punishment can be inflicted.
Keep that in mind.
